Process parameters: 1. Use concentration :5%
2. Free acid :1-2 points
3. Total acid :10-15 points
4. Processing temperature: normal temperature
5. Processing time :2-15 minutes
6. Treatment: Spray or soak
Process: oil removal → water washing → rust removal → water washing → phosphating → water washing
Description: 1. Add MSD-703 5kg per 1000L treatment solution to increase the total acidity by 1 point.
2. When the temperature of the treatment liquid is lower than 10°C, extend the treatment time.
