A: Immersion type:

Process flow: oil removal and degreasing → water washing → rust removal → water washing → surface adjustment → water washing → phosphating → water washing → post-treatment.
Add note:
1. Add 1.7kg of MSD-600A phosphating solution for each ton of tank, and increase the total acidity by 1 point.
2, control the concentration of the accelerator, can not be added to a small number of times is appropriate.
3. Clean the sediment regularly, and the replacement cycle of tank liquid depends on the production situation.
4. Adding 0.5kg neutralizer to each ton of tank can reduce free acid by 1 point.
Detection instructions:
1. Total acidity measurement method: Take 10 ml of tank solution, add 3-4 drops of phenolphthalein indicator and titrate with 0.1NNnaoH solution until the solution is light red, and no longer disappear after shaking as the end point, the number of ml of NaoH solution consumed is the number of points.
2. Determination method of free acid: Take 10 ml of tank solution, add 3-4 drops of bromophenol blue indicator, titrate with 0.1NNaOH solution until the solution changes from bright yellow to blue purple, the number of ml of NaOH solution consumed is the number of points.
3. Accelerant measurement method: Fill the tank with finch curved tube, add about 1g reagent B, press the mouth of the tube with the right thumb, turn over for 5 seconds and then stand flat, then the number of the scale of the gas produced at the top of the tube is the number of accelerant points.
