The cleanliness of bearings is an assessment index of bearing quality, which must be guaranteed by the cleaning quality of the production process. The improvement of cleaning quality requires not only strict production management, but also the application of advanced cleaning technology to meet the cleaning requirements of products. At present, in the bearing industry, the way of bearing cleaning is mainly spray cleaning with gasoline or kerosene as cleaning medium. This way is not only high cost, high labor intensity, low production efficiency, and poor safety, more important is that this cleaning method is difficult to meet the standards of bearing cleanliness requirements. It is of great significance to seek a safer, more economical and more efficient cleaning way for the cleaning of bearing finished products.
The conventional cleaning method of bearing parts has scrub, dip, spray cleaning or high pressure spray washing, etc., the related factors are mainly cleaning agent (can use ultrasonic cleaning) performance and use requirements, workpiece structure, size, weight and material and batch size, cleaning workplace labor safety and environmental protection requirements. As an excellent new technology, ultrasonic cleaning has been paid more and more attention in bearing industry.
